Terms of sale

Merchandise on this site is sold by legal entity name (owner to supply), postal address (owner to supply). Questions about an order go to hello@drvossi.com.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, the shipping and returns policy, and the privacy policy.

You add items to the cart and pay on Stripe's hosted Checkout page. Before Checkout opens, the site checks that each item is still in stock; if one has sold out, checkout stops and asks you to update the cart.

An order is confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as paid, and you receive a confirmation email from hello@drvossi.com. Some payment methods take time to clear; the order stays pending until Stripe confirms. If a payment fails, the order is cancelled.

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product page when you order. Shipping is a flat rate, shown on the Checkout page as shipping rate (owner to supply) before you pay. sales tax terms (owner to supply).

Payment is handled by Stripe. This site never sees or stores your card details.

Orders ship within the United States only, and Checkout accepts US shipping addresses only. Orders are dispatched within processing time (owner to supply) of confirmation. The full policy is on the shipping and returns page.

Returns are accepted within return window days (owner to supply) days of delivery, under the conditions on the shipping and returns page. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method you used.

How order details are handled is set out in the privacy policy. There are no customer accounts; your confirmation email is your record of the order.

These terms are governed by the laws of governing law (owner to supply).

This policy takes effect on policy effective date (owner to supply). Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
