Privacy policy

This site is run by legal entity name (owner to supply), postal address (owner to supply). Questions about this policy go to hello@drvossi.com.

There are no customer accounts. Nothing here asks you to sign up or log in.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), the project type, a budget range, a timeline, and a message. When you send it, the inquiry is saved in the site's database and emailed to hello@drvossi.com with your address as the reply-to, so a reply comes straight back to you.

The details are used to answer the inquiry and for nothing else. There is no mailing list.

Payment details and your shipping address are collected by Stripe's hosted Checkout page, not by this site. The site never sees your card number.

When you complete checkout, the site stores the order: your email address, the items and amounts, the shipping name and address, and Stripe's ids for the session and payment. It emails a confirmation to you and a fulfilment notice to Dr. Vossi.

Stripe processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Refunds are issued through Stripe.

The cart lives in your browser's local storage and holds only product ids and quantities, never prices or personal details. It stays on your device; the site reads it only to show current prices and stock and to start checkout.

Every form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit, the site sends Turnstile's response and your IP address to Cloudflare to verify that the submission came from a person. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers that check.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.

Video thumbnails on the work page are hosted here. A YouTube or TikTok player loads only when you press play, and Instagram posts open on Instagram; from that point those platforms' own policies apply. The same goes for the Turnstile widget and the Stripe Checkout page, which Cloudflare and Stripe serve.

The site is hosted on Vercel and its database on Neon. Email goes out through Resend from hello@drvossi.com.

Inquiries and orders are kept for data retention (owner to supply). To ask what the site holds about you, or to have it corrected or removed, email hello@drvossi.com.

This policy takes effect on policy effective date (owner to supply). Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
