Shipping and returns

Orders ship from and to the United States only. Checkout accepts US shipping addresses only; the address is collected on Stripe's Checkout page and stored with the order for fulfilment.

Every order has one flat-rate shipping option, shown on the Checkout page as shipping rate (owner to supply). The cost appears there before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within processing time (owner to supply) of the confirmation email. That email, from hello@drvossi.com, is your record of the order.

You can return an item within return window days (owner to supply) days of delivery. return conditions (owner to supply).

To start a return, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@drvossi.com from the address you used at checkout. return shipping terms (owner to supply).

Refunds are issued through Stripe to the payment method you used. How soon the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@drvossi.com as soon as it arrives.

This policy takes effect on policy effective date (owner to supply). Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
